A friend and fellow games researcher is attempting to obtain the rights to reproduce two of the most stunning examples of extant medieval playing cards, the Ambras Hunting and Court decks. Based on her other decks I think these will be really awesome decks. She needs to raise $3000 in order to pay for the licensing, why not pop over and check it out and get in on some of the awesome perks including a book I highly recommend Past Times: Ancient Board Games. Other perks include various period specific board games, a couple of different period reproduction decks of cards (including my personal favourite the Flemish hunting deck), and a couple different rule books she has produced.
